LIFT UP MENTORING PROGRAM

BISD is excited to announce that this fall LIFT UP, a school-based mentoring program for the students of BISD, will launch with the purpose of connecting encouraging, caring adults with our students. The name LIFT UP stands for “Leaders Inspiring the Future Today” but also represents the value of being those individuals who support, guide and encourage others in the pursuit of a successful life. What is the commitment you might ask? Mentors meet with their matched student one day a week, for 30 minutes at the campus, during school hours.
