Small Group Child Care
Families are important at Brazos Pointe Fellowship!
It's equally important to us that families with small children are actively involved in our Small Group Ministry. We believe that it is the responsibility of the parents to best take care of their childcare needs. Below, we have listed some of our recommendations for handing Small Group Childcare.
- Reimbursement is made to the parents upon request, not the workers, at a rate of $5/child/night.
- It is the Parents/Small Group’s responsibility to pay the workers. The subsidy is NOT intended to cover the entire cost. It is the Parent/Small Group’s responsibility to supplement if needed. We highly recommend that the group be conscientious about the amount paid to the workers and that the workers be paid fairly.
- Reimbursement forms should be submitted to the Small Groups Pastor and can be found online at the top of this page. The process for who submits the reimbursement forms is up to the parents or the Small Group. Reimbursement forms submitted for meetings, which are over 30 days old, will not be paid.
A parent is always free to acquire their own childcare for Adult Small Group meetings and get reimbursed for some of your expenses at the rate of $5/child/night. Click on the form at the top of the page. Fill it out and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days for reimbursement. Feel free to contact the Small Group Leader and talk to them about their childcare arrangements and how you can benefit from them.
If you have any questions concerning childcare, please contact Ronnie Whitehead, BPF Small Groups Pastor, at 979-798-2022 or by email at email@example.com.
